In the past to lubricate the blade height adjustment gear on my Unisaw I had to remove the motor cover to accomplish this task. I now use a tooth brush with a short stick attached to the handle. Using paste wax I stick the tooth brush thru the banana slot on the front of the cabinet and crank the height adjustment wheel while applying the paste wax to the gear.
