The Inland Woodworkers Association held its annual toy distribution event on Saturday, November 16, 2024 at the Jurupa Valley Children and Family Services center. The club created more than 4300 toys for this event.
We applaude all of the volunteer toymakers who made toys, including Ernie Gonzalez, John Young, Ken Thomas, Leon Pallis, Mario Alvarez, Michael Miller, Mike Trejo, Phyllis Minert, Ray Gonzales, Rick Reimer, RJ Monsma, Ron Chappell, and Tom Householder. This year’s creations included cars, trucks, airplanes, tractors, bulldozers, jeeps, animals, and more.
Special thanks to those individuals who met us at the Family Services Center to hand pick their selections, including Felicia Valencia, Carolina Lara, and Lupe Lara from Another Way, and Chris Mercado and his helpers from the Jurupa Unified School District.
