How many times do you need to just round off the sharp edge of your project pieces. One simple tip is to set up an inexpensive trim router as a permanent round over station. Simply take a scrap piece of wood and attach it to the bottom of the router. Make sure it is long enough for you to clamp to a table. Then install a 1/8 in round over bit and set the depth.
Now, when you need to quickly round over the edges of your project, simply take out your pre-set trim router, clamp it to your workbench and rout your pieces. When you are done, simply unclamp it, and put it away for the next time.
